Direct School Admission (DSA-Sec): Select preferred schools

2. Understand DSA-Sec Commitment

Note:

If your child has a confirmed offer or is on a wait list, you will receive the instructions on submitting school preferences through SMS and email from postman.gov.sg.

In accepting a DSA-Sec offer, your child is expressing a commitment to study in that school and develop their talent in the chosen area. They are required to honour this commitment.

Singapore-Cambridge Secondary 91传媒 Certificate (SEC): Your child must honour their commitment to the DSA-Sec school they have been admitted to and participate in activities related to their selected talent area throughout the programme.

Integrated Programme (IP) track: Your child must honour their commitment to the DSA-Sec school they have been admitted to for the full 6-year programme and participate in activities related to their selected talent area from Year 1 to Year 4.

If your child is successfully admitted to a school through DSA-Sec, they are not allowed to participate in S1 Posting. They are also not allowed to transfer to another school after the release of PSLE results. If your child is not ready to commit to the DSA-Sec school, do not submit any school preference.
